We operate a complete set of rubber manufacturing machinery such as kneader mixers for compound preparation, extrusion lines with UHF microwave curing, as well as press and injection molding machines. Supported by controlled production parameters, our equipment ensures stable material properties, tight dimensional tolerances, and repeatable production results.
Testing Equipment
Our quality control laboratory is equipped with essential rubber testing instruments, including a rheometer, tensile and elongation testing equipment, oven aging facilities, and hardness testing devices. These tests allow us to monitor compound behavior, verify mechanical properties, and ensure consistent quality in accordance with specified requirements.
Workshop
Our workshop supports the fabrication of metal and supporting components for rubber products. With metalworking and machining capabilities, we ensure proper fit, accurate dimensions, and smooth integration with rubber components.
